Position Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence of the resort. The role oversees all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Guest Relations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities1. Resort Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the resort and spa.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, Maintenance, and Security.
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards across all guest touchpoints.

2. Guest Experience Management
- Drive high guest satisfaction and online reputation scores.
- Personally handle VIP guests and major guest concerns.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.

3. Financial & Revenue Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets.
- Monitor P&L, GOP, EBITDA, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Implement revenue enhancement and cost-control strategies.

4. Sales & Marketing
- Work with sales and marketing teams to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Develop corporate, travel agent, wedding, and MICE business.
- Build partnerships with tourism operators and local businesses.

5. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain department heads and key staff.
- Establish performance goals and conduct periodic reviews.

6. Spa & Wellness Oversight
- Supervise spa operations and wellness programs.
- Drive spa revenue through packages and guest engagement initiatives.

- Develop long-term growth strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for expansion, new services, and guest experiences.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of hospitality experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a Resort Manager, Resident Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager role.
