Looking for a grinder operator responsible for finishing fabricated components to achieve required surface quality before dispatch or painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform grinding, deburring, and surface finishing
- Remove weld spatters, sharp edges, and irregularities
- Ensure smooth finish as per quality requirements
- Use grinding tools safely and efficiently
- Support welders and fitters in finishing work
Required Skills:
- Experience with hand grinders and finishing tools
- Understanding of surface quality standards
- Ability to work with speed and precision
Preferred:
- Experience in structural fabrication units
- Basic knowledge of safety practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
