Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates for the BPO Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls and supporting sales-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Explain products/services and generate sales leads
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Update call records and reports in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales / BPO
- Good communication skills in [English/Tamil/Required Language]
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
