Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits and presentations.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Negotiate sales agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
- Coordinate with builders, developers, banks, and legal teams when required.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary plus sales incentives/commission
