Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customer communication (email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Manage end-to-end order processing (including special/custom orders)
- Coordinate CAD designs, pricing, and approvals
- Prepare invoices for jewelry and loose stones
- Track orders, shipments, and ensure timely execution
- Follow up on payments, memos, and customer requests
- Work closely with sales, accounts, and shipping teams
- Maintain reports (weekly sales, stock, pricing updates, open memos)
- Support customers on internal ordering systems (SPO/CRM)
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Jewelry industry experience (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of order lifecycle (stone/jewelry)
- Good understanding of jewelry products and production processes (manufacturing flow, CAD-to-production, stone setting, finishing, etc.)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Experience in customer handling + coordination roleGood-to-Have
- Knowledge of loose stones (basic parameters)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
