Graduate with 2 to 3 yrs of Hospital Insurance, TPA , Cashless & claim Processing (MJPJAY & CGHS) of experience required
Immediate Joining
Roles and responsibilities:
- Raise pre-auth requests and submit required documents.
- Follow up on approvals, claim submissions, deficiencies, and settlements.
- Explain insurance eligibility, coverage, and approval status to patients.
- Ensure complete and accurate claim documentation.
- Maintain daily records of approvals, claims, and collections.
- Coordinate with TPAs and Insurance Companies (MJPJAY/CGHS etc) for empanelment and cashless approvals.
