This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our office in Goa, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, SEO, paid ads) to create proposals and marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and growth metrics.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments to present innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (digital marketing industry preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to generate and convert leads.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and outreach tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and a quick learner.
