Position: Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers or potential clients
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
- Record call details and update customer databases
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
- Resolve basic customer issues professionally
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to speak Hindi, English, or local language fluently
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
- Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
