The Behavioral Science Researcher offers an excellent opportunity to apply advanced analytical and technical skills in evaluating and deploying AI models within real-world healthcare settings.
The Researcher will be responsible for
(i) Evaluating user interactions and interface design of AI tools
(ii) Conducting field studies to assess usability, comprehension, and adoption patterns
(iii) Measuring user trust, learning curves, and behavioral responses over time
(iv) Identifying cognitive and organizational factors that influence sustained use
(v) Assessing ethical and social implications of AI deployments
(vi) Designing and executing mixed-method studies combining qualitative and quantitative insights
(vii) Translating behavioral evidence into actionable design and policy recommendations
(viii) collaborating closely with clinical, ML, and operations teams to refine deployment strategies
