Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Civil Engineer to join our on-site team in Odisha. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in road and infrastructure projects and is ready to take ownership of site execution, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise road and infrastructure construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor site progress, ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget
- Prepare and review technical drawings, BOQs, and project reports
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams on-site
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and government specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with government departments and clients for project approvals and updates
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues proactively
Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience in road and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of road construction methods, highway standards, and IRC codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Preference will be given to candidates from Odisha, though deserving candidates from other states are welcome to apply
