Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Trainer Acquisition & Management Specialist to lead the end-to-end trainer onboarding and management process for enterprise learning programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in enterprise training, trainer sourcing, vendor/trainer relationship management, training operations, and program coordination. This role requires strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and the ability to build and maintain a high quality trainer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified trainers for enterprise learning and development programs.
- Build and maintain a strong network of freelance, contract, and corporate trainers across multiple technologies and domains.
- Manage the end-to-end trainer acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, contracting, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand training requirements and identify suitable trainers.
- Manage training operations, including trainer scheduling, availability, logistics, documentation, and program execution.
- Ensure seamless delivery of training programs by coordinating with trainers, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain trainer databases, certifications, profiles, and performance records.
- Monitor trainer performance, gather participant feedback, and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Negotiate commercial terms, trainer fees, and contracts while ensuring cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and service-level agreements (SLAs). Prepare reports and dashboards related to trainer utilization, sourcing metrics, and training operations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Learning & Development, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of enterprise training programs.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Trainer Acquisition, Trainer Sourcing, Enterprise Training, or Training Operations.
- Proven experience in sourcing and managing technical and functional trainers for corporate learning programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise learning and development processes.
- Experience managing end-to-end training operations and program coordination. Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and trainer relationship management skills.
- Experience handling trainer onboarding, documentation, contracts, and compliance. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with corporate training companies, EdTech organizations, or enterprise learning teams.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training management platforms. Experience managing trainer/vendor databases and MIS reporting.
- Familiarity with training calendars, resource planning, and capacity management.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
