Job Requirements
Closely working with support functions (Safety, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores,
Assay Lab) for smooth Gold R&D Lab Operations.
Closely working with different R&D Team members in the Transformation of
Jewellery Manufacturing’ vertical of CITE and Project owners for various
prototypes, trials, experiments, for speedy delivery of R&D Solutions to
Manufacturing and Business.
Working and contribution to Improvement Projects.
Ensuring all the Precious Materials Safety Protocols, Inventory Management and
100% Material accountability of Gold & Diamonds and all other Materials used
in Gold R&D Lab.
Ensuring the ZERO Gold loss for trials and experiments.
100% Physical Verification Audits without any demerit.
Work Experience
Proficiency in the Subject of Chemistry or in Manufacturing Processes.
Good Knowledge in the field of Precious Metals, Alloys, Ores, Minerals, Diamond,
Colour Stones, New technologies,
Good experience in Jewellery Manufacturing processes.
Forecasting & Scenario Planning, Analytical, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving
and Root Cause analysis, Data oriented approach & Effective Communication.
Proficiency in ORACLE, Power Point, MS EXCEL, Visual Basics, Business Process,
Workflow and Processes, Process simplifications & Automations.
