Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Tele Caller Executive to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our courses, generating admissions leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
- Explain Gurcharanam Academy's courses, programs, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and emails.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by addressing customer queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the Admission Counsellor and Sales Team for lead management.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents to enhance the admission experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or the education industry will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu will be an added advantage.
