Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, banking, and compliance activities for our manufacturing business.
The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in manufacturing industry accounting, GST compliance, inventory accounting, and ERP systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting Operations
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Record and verify:
- Purchase entries
- Sales entries
- Journal vouchers
- Debit/Credit notes
- Expenses
- Payment vouchers
- Receipt entries
- Ensure proper ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
GST & Taxation
- Handle GST compliance activities including:
- GST returns
- Input credit reconciliation
- E-way bill verification
- GST ledger reconciliation
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns.
- Maintain taxation records and documentation.
Banking & Payments
- Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Process vendor and supplier payments.
- Monitor customer receipts and outstanding payments.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
- Coordinate with banks for:
- CC limits
- Loan documentation
- Banking requirements
Accounts Receivable & PayableReceivables
- Monitor customer outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with sales team for payment follow-ups.
- Prepare aging analysis reports.
- Track overdue accounts.
Payables
- Verify vendor invoices and payment approvals.
- Ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain supplier account reconciliation.
Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting
- Coordinate inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor:
- Raw material accounting
- Finished goods accounting
- Production consumption entries
- Scrap accounting
- Support monthly stock audits and physical verification.
Pay: ₹15,608.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
