Project Engineer (Civil) –Job Description
B. Tech In civil engineering - Min qualification
Experience : Minimum 10 years
Strong knowledge of RCC Structural works and building interior fit out finishes.
Supervision and coordination of structural, civil, and finishing works executed by Contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, specifications, and quality standards.
Identifying discrepancies in construction drawings well in advance and coordinating with architects and consultants to resolve issues without impacting project progress.
Preparation and submission of weekly and monthly construction progress reports.
Monitoring and tracking manpower, materials, machinery utilization, and site productivity. Verifying executed work quantities against BOQ provisions and reviewing contractors' invoices for certification.
Ensuring that all materials delivered to the project conform to approved specifications, drawings, and material submittals.
Conducting inspections for all construction activities from commencement through final completion and handover.
Managing final snagging activities, testing, commissioning, and successful handover of completed works.
Ensuring compliance with project Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements through regular safety inspections and monitoring.
Maintaining comprehensive site records, QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and project correspondence.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
