About the Role
Arcos Transport Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage Transport and Warehouse Operations for clients in logistics processes. The role involves managing outsourced warehouse operations, transportation activities, last-mile delivery coordination, and end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outsourced warehouses based on square feet (Sq. Ft.) requirements for different customers.
Ensure optimum warehouse utilization for stocking and movement of shipments.
Monitor inventory storage, space planning, and material handling processes.
Coordinate warehouse manpower and ensure operational efficiency.
Transportation & Dispatch Management
Manage inbound and outbound transportation activities.
Plan and monitor loading, unloading, and dispatch operations.
Coordinate with transport vendors and ensure timely vehicle placement.
Monitor shipment movement and delivery timelines.
Maintain transport records, dispatch reports, and MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
3–6 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations.
Strong understanding of warehouse outsourcing models and space utilization management.
Good knowledge of inbound, outbound, loading, unloading, and dispatch operations.
Hands-on experience in last-mile delivery management.
Good communication, vendor management, and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
