We are hiring a dedicated Shopify Sales & Order Specialist to handle customer interactions, manage orders, and drive sales.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Chatting with customers on WhatsApp to answer queries and close sales.
- Visual Selling: Sharing product pictures and videos to pitch items and convert leads.
- Architect Coordination: Communicating effectively with architects regarding orders and specifications.
- Order Management: Generating, processing, and managing orders directly on Shopify.
- Requirements:
- Language: Must be fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Platform Skills: Experience with Shopify and WhatsApp Business is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive sales approach, and professional phone etiquette.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
