Maintenance Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our educational facilities. The candidate will be responsible for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, STP, and general facility maintenance. A valid Wireman License is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems.
Operate and maintain the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
Maintain maintenance records and compliance documents.
Ensure safety standards are followed across the facility.
Monitor utility consumption and recommend improvements.
Support renovation and infrastructure projects.
Attend emergency maintenance requirements when needed.
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
Valid Wireman License (Mandatory).
2–5 years of experience in facility maintenance and MEP operations.
