We're Hiring: Finance Consultant (Senior)
Location: Madhya Pradesh (State Project Directorate – PM USHA) Role: Finance Consultant – Senior Salary: Rs. 40,000/month Type: Full-time, Consultant Engagement
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team supporting financial management and reporting under the PM USHA scheme for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Madhya Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial accounting statements and support accounting software, training and handholding Support in creating audit reports and utilization of funds Prepare financial summaries for DHE, SPD and stakeholders Assist DHE and HEIs in clearance of audit objections and monitoring of fund flow Support the financial bid evaluation process for PM USHA college tenders Prepare weekly and monthly utilization reports and budget requirements Attend PM USHA mission review meetings and present financial statements Fine-tune and update the project action plan and schedule as per implementation needs
Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant Minimum 5 years of post-qualification professional experience At least 1 year of experience as a Finance Consultant in a Government department Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to draft reports in both languages Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Well versed with SNA SPARSH – Treasuries and Accounts, IFMIS, ERP Tally Prime Experience with externally or Government-aided projects preferred
