Job Title: Business Development Manager – Pickleball & Padel

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Pickleball and Padel business across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports business development, sales, partnerships, and market expansion, with a passion for growing emerging sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Pickleball and Padel products, courts, academies, and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clubs, academies, sports facilities, schools, corporates, dealers, and distributors.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote products, tournaments, and brand initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at sports events, exhibitions, tournaments, and industry networking opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the sports industry (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Strong network within the sports ecosystem will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Pickleball, Padel, Racquet Sports, Sports Equipment, Sports Infrastructure, or Sports Events is preferred.
