- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for holiday packages.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, and travel dates.
- Explain holiday packages, destinations, inclusions, pricing, and special offers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
