We are looking for experienced sales professionals who can contribute to our expansion and build long-term business relationships. Position Senior Sales Manager. Experience 10–15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales Age Preference: 35–40 years Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Automobile, Industrial Products, FMCG, Real Estate, Banking, or Franchise Development will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth. Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, channel partners, and franchise networks. Lead end-to-end sales discussions and negotiations with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business associates. Coordinate with internal departments for seamless project execution. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations for management. Identify new market opportunities and develop expansion strategies. Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Desired Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities. Leadership qualities with a professional personality. Ability to work independently and drive business growth. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. Willingness to travel for business meetings when required. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
