Lead for BMS, Charger, Battery packs
RFQ/ NPD:
1. Study product drawings & propose manufacturing process sequence
2. Prepare investment & process costing for new projects/ revisions
3. Conduct DFM with R&D and provide inputs to maintain/ improve manufacturing standards 4. Prepare and verify PFD, PFMEA along with CFT
5. Prepare and monitor NPD development schedule for JFG & Equipment along with Cluster ME Head
6. Sign- off machine specifications along with Maintenance, Production & QA before sharing with suppliers 7. Sign- off test bench specifications along with R&D & Maintenance before sharing with suppliers
8 Validate Civil and MEP requirements for NPD projects. Coordinate with Civil team for capex requirement 9. Raise Capex in system for NPD projects, follow-up for approvals.
10. Review machine quotations and concepts to provide Technical Recommendation for sourcing 11. Sign-off DAP along with Maintenance, production & supplier
12. Conduct FAT at supplier end and sign off with CFT
13. Coordinate installation of machines on shop floor along with Maintenance
14. Coordinate with CFT for production of DVP samples for NPD
15. Sign off Process validation sheets and prepare Cp / Cpk report for Critical processes 16. Validate Control plan/IPO & release to Production
17. Lead RAR and customer PPAP audits for NPD launch
18. Coordinate training for Production and Maintenance teams on new machines 19. Monitor NPD programs performance for Launch+ 90 days
20. Release Productivity Norms & handover documents to production
Capacity and Capex Planning:
1.Coordinate with cluster ME heads for capacity planning of new programs and ramp up 2.Submit annual Capex budget as per sales plan for NPD and ramp-up
3.Identify large scale automation/ process improvement projects in coordination with COCs
Process Improvement/ Standardization:
1.Review and approve Kaizens/ PCRNs received from plants and revise model line standards accordingly 2.Review actions on Customer complaints, IHR, EFR & Warranty rejection and revise model line
