Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator serves as the key link between clients and field service engineers, ensuring timely service support, efficient communication, and smooth coordination of maintenance and breakdown activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests and assign engineers.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers and service teams.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits.
- Track and follow up on open service calls until closure.
- Maintain service records, reports, and MIS data.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements and engineer travel plans.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and minimum equipment downtime.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or technical support preferred.
- Freshers with excellent coordination skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
