Job Description Restaurant Manager (RM)
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant by ensuring compliance with company policies, operational standards, and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and cost control targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, and asset protection.
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to the company's Code of Conduct and reporting hierarchy.
- Drive team performance and ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
