We are looking for AI Ready, data-driven and creative Marketing & ASO Analyst to drive user acquisition and organic growth for our mobile gaming portfolio. The ideal candidate must be able to work without constant supervision and optimize app store visibility, analyze performance metrics, and support marketing strategies to increase installs, engagement, and revenue for the studio.
Marketing & User Acquisition
- Automate and optimize performance marketing using Gen AI and other automation tools.
- Analyze paid and organic campaign performance across channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Track CPI, IPMs, CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and engagement metrics across campaigns, ad groups & creatives.
- Strategize and execute creative testing and performance marketing experiments.
App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Drive organic growth for the studio.
- Develop and execute ASO strategies for Google Play & Apple App Store.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, creatives, and A/B test store listings.
Requirements:
- MUST know how to apply GEN AI in daily work to automate/optimize performance of marketing campaigns.
- DO NOT APPLY if you are not hands on with this.
- Must have insights/strategies for growth in Bharat (Tier2-Tier3 India)
- Must be aware of the changing market dynamics and its challenges, trends & opportunities.
- Must be a high-agency team player that can own/drive requirements across all departments (Art/Design/Product/Data etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ASO or mobile marketing (gaming preferred).
- Strong knowledge of App Store & Google Play ranking factors.
- Experience with MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for mobile games and gaming trends.
