Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience while achieving service revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare Job Cards and accurately document customer complaints.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely vehicle repairs.
- Explain repair estimates, service recommendations, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Upsell value-added services, accessories, and AMC packages.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Deliver vehicles after explaining work completed and invoice details.
- Maintain service records and customer database.
- Achieve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and service revenue targets.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, and Workshop teams.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of automobile service processes.
- Ability to prepare Job Cards and service estimates.
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and insurance claims is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and upselling skills.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, Dealer Management System/DMS).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or any graduate.
- Experience in authorized automobile dealerships preferred.
