Your Daily Role
- Conduct morning Toolbox Talks (TBT) for site workers
- Check if everyone wears proper PPE (Helmets, Safety Shoes, Belts)
- Issue Work Permits and check site safety
- Prepare weekly safety & incident reports using MS Excel & Word
- Coordinate with site engineers to maintain a safe workplace
What We Look For
- Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Safety
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the safety department (HVAC or Construction background preferred)
- Basic knowledge of site safety rules & PPE
- Basic computer typing and report preparation skills (MS Excel / Word)
- Ready to work actively at project sites
- Basic communication skills & willingness to learn
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
