Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Production Support or Application Support.
Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) in a production environment.
Strong understanding of batch monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and middleware support.
Preferred Domain Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)
Logistics
Enterprise Applications
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support production applications and batch processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Support IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and middleware components.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
Perform incident analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
