Job Summary
Spectra Solar Power is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Residential Sales Executive to drive sales of rooftop solar solutions for residential customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in solar sales, customer acquisition, lead conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for residential rooftop solar projects.
- Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand energy requirements.
- Explain solar products, benefits, savings, and return on investment (ROI) to customers.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated with industry trends, government solar policies, and subsidy programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in residential solar sales or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and solar EPC processes.
- Ability to handle field sales activities and customer interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
