Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in handling production operations, manpower, and achieving daily production targets.
- Basic knowledge of quality standards and workplace safety practices.
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience and technical qualifications will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate production employees.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, and waste levels.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and dispatch teams.
- Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate operational goals.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
