Role Overview
We are seeking a Qualified Architect with 15-18 years of experience in Commercial and mixed-use projects, capable of managing the complete architectural lifecycle — planning, design, and construction documentation — while driving client relationships and new business development. The role requires strong leadership to mentor and lead a team of Architects and Technicians in delivering projects to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow client relationships; identify new business development opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Architects and Technicians; resolve performance gaps
- Own multiple projects end-to-end — from client brief to feasibility reports and design proposals
- Coordinate with 3D/design cell for aesthetics and present deliverables to clients and consultants
- Control drawing deliverables to ensure high-quality schematic and working drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and guidelines throughout
- Coordinate with structural/service consultants and vendors for design execution and material selection
- Conduct periodic site visits and track project status and remuneration follow-ups
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: B.Arch (or equivalent 5-yr degree). Master's in Construction/Project Management preferred.
Experience: 15-18 yrs in an architectural consultancy; min. 10 yrs in commercial/mixed-use projects. Must have led a team of 10+ and delivered 2 projects of 10,00,000+ sq.ft. each, start to end.
Software Skills: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office (essential); Revit, Photoshop (preferred).
Network: Strong ties with owners/top management of leading city developers preferred.
Key Traits: Strong visualization, leadership, and mentoring ability; excellent communication and presentation skills; strong problem-solving under deadlines; integrity and reliability.
Travel: Must be willing to travel outstation for site visits, including multi-day stays, and work extended hours to meet project timelines.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
