We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Rooftop Solar Manager to lead the planning, execution, and management of rooftop solar projects. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage rooftop solar installation projects from site assessment through commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and evaluate technical feasibility, including roof structure, shading analysis, and electrical infrastructure.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and utility providers.
- Oversee procurement of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, and other project materials.
- Monitor project quality and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, safety practices, and customer experience.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in solar project management, with a strong focus on rooftop solar installations in the C&I sector.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading field teams.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of rooftop solar system design, installation, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, net metering, and solar industry regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with solar design software is a plus.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹690,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
