About the Role:
Pumo Technovation is looking for a passionate and experienced AI & Machine Learning (AI & ML) Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training programs for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on AI & Machine Learning.
* Train students in Python Programming, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
* Explain AI concepts through real-time projects, case studies, and practical demonstrations.
* Guide students in developing AI/ML applications and capstone projects.
* Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and project documentation.
* Evaluate student performance and provide technical mentoring.
* Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.
* Support placement activities through mock interviews and career guidance.
Required Technical Skills:
* Python Programming
* Machine Learning (Scikit-learn)
* Deep Learning (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
* NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib
* SQL & Database Fundamentals
* Statistics & Mathematics for Machine Learning
* Natural Language Processing (NLP)
* Computer Vision
* Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
* Prompt Engineering
* Power BI or Tableau (Preferred)
* Flask / FastAPI / Streamlit (Added Advantage)
Eligibility
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, or a related field.
* 1–5+ years of relevant industry or training experience.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
