Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale performance-driven ad campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Develop campaign strategies based on business objectives
- Conduct keyword research and write high-converting ad copies
- Monitor performance and optimize bids, budgets, and conversions
- Analyze data and generate performance reports
- Improve Quality Score and ROAS
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies
- Manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Excellent analytical and optimization skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Google Ads Certification preferred (not mandatory)
- Graduation in Marketing or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 6 months to 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience preferred
- Freshers with strong Google Ads knowledge may apply
