Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for teaching and non-teaching staff, ensuring we hire educators who align with our academy’s values.
- CBSE Compliance: Maintain meticulous records as per CBSE norms, including staff profiles, service books, and mandatory documentation for affiliations.
- Onboarding & Lifecycle: Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires and manage the employee lifecycle from "Welcome!" to "Best of luck!"
- Payroll & Attendance: Oversee staff attendance, leave management, and coordinate with the finance department for timely payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between management and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving grievances with a balanced perspective.
- Performance Management: Coordinate annual appraisals and professional development workshops for staff.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure all labor laws, PF, and ESIC requirements are met consistently.
What You’ll Need (Required Qualifications)
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a must. A Post-Graduate degree/MBA in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically serving as an HR professional in a reputed CBSE school.
Note: Experience in the education sector is vital here, as you’ll need to hit the ground running with CBSE-specific staffing regulations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English and Gujarati/Hindi preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
