Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and result-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our financial solutions, helping clients manage their debt and improve their financial health by promoting our specialized Personal Loan and Overdraft products. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into successful loan disbursements while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to explain our Personal Loan and Overdraft offerings.
- Lead Conversion: Successfully manage the sales funnel, from lead generation and initial qualification to final documentation and loan disbursement.
- Customer Consultation: Understand the customer's financial needs, assess their credit profiles (CIBIL), and suggest the most suitable loan or overdraft product to help them save on interest costs.
- Relationship Management: Provide professional guidance throughout the application process, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for loan disbursements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in tele-calling, preferably in the financial services sector (DSA, Banking, or NBFCs).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and/or the local language.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of personal finance products, interest rates, and the importance of CIBIL scores in the approval process.
- Target-Driven: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining sales reports and leaderboards.
