We offer products across 35 categories, 40,000+SKUs from 300+ brands across Building Material, Chemicals & Metals. We launched private labels in 3 categories : Tiles, Ply and Bath ware. With a robust network of suppliers and transporters, we have delivered to 4,000+ pin codes across 375 cities. Our customer base now spans top-tier EPC companies, civil contractors, real estate developers, OEMs, fabricators, manufacturing companies, dealers, and retailers. We connect Sellers, Buyers, Logistics service providers, Lending partners, Payment solution providers on a unified digital backbone thereby creating end to end visibility and providing a B2C like fulfilment experience for the B2B ecosystem.
The evolution of B2B ecommerce is expected to mirror the B2C ecommerce journey, where technology transformed discovery, pricing, fulfilment, and customer experience at scale. Digital penetration today in B2B ecommerce is still under 2%, indicating massive headroom for scalable digital-first platforms. What will you do?
L&D Strategy & Program Design
- You design and roll out the annual Learning & Development calendar aligned to business priorities.
- You build structured on leadership development, and behavioural and manager development programs across the organization.
High Potential Talent & Careers
- You partner with business leaders to identify high-potential talent and build individual development plans including 360 feedback
- You partner with business HR to identify employees for internal movement and paths for career movement
Potential Assessment & DAC
- You drive the talent review and succession planning process for critical and leadership roles.
- You drive calibration discussions to ensure fair, consistent, and data-backed potential rating.
- Partner with Group COE for DAC and ensure development plans & executed with timelines & actions.
Stakeholder Management & Culture
- You partner with business HR, functional heads, and leadership to align L&D priorities with business goals and people development agenda
- You champion a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and growth across the organization.
What makes you a great fit ?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; MBA in HR preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Talent Management, ideally in a fast-growing or product-based organization.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, competency frameworks, and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience with talent review, succession planning, and potential assessment.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, HRIS systems, and MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end, work independently, and collaborate across functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
