Key Responsibilities : • Operation and maintenance of MEP systems, • Diesel Generator, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, • Split & Window Air Conditioning Systems, • Lift UPS, Fire Alarm System (FAS) & Fire Fighting Systems, • STP, RO Plant & Solar Plant operations, • Energy management and utility monitoring, • Vendor coordination and follow-up, • Maintaining daily reports and preventive maintenance checklists
