## Job Summary
Akash Infra Enterprises Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by securing large private-sector civil construction contracts and establishing strategic relationships with leading corporate organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue, and secure large-value private civil construction contracts.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in major corporate and industrial organizations.
* Facilitate vendor registration and empanelment of the company with leading private-sector companies and conglomerates.
* Generate new business opportunities through networking, industry contacts, and strategic partnerships.
* Monitor upcoming project opportunities and participate in pre-qualification, tendering, and contract acquisition processes.
* Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
* Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for proposal preparation and project onboarding.
* Achieve business development targets and revenue growth objectives.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
* B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
* MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or related field (Preferred)
Experience Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development within the civil construction, infrastructure, or contracting sector (Mandatory).
* Demonstrated track record of securing large private-sector civil contracts.
* Experience in vendor registration and empanelment with reputed corporate organizations.
* Strong network and industry connections within large private companies, industrial groups, and corporate procurement teams.
Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong negotiation and contract-closing abilities.
* Deep understanding of civil construction and infrastructure project opportunities.
* Ability to identify and convert high-value business prospects.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Established professional contacts in large corporate houses, industrial groups, manufacturing companies, and infrastructure organizations.
* Proven ability to bring new clients and generate substantial business revenue.
* Strong reputation and credibility within the construction and infrastructure industry.
Compensation & Benefits
* Annual CTC: ₹15–25 Lakhs (Based on experience and capability)
* Attractive performance-based commissions and incentives.
