Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients and their attendants throughout their hospital journey.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure smooth patient care and timely services.
- Handle patient enquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, corporate clients, and referring doctors.
- Assist in managing admissions, discharges, and interdepartmental coordination.
- Conduct regular patient rounds to ensure patient satisfaction and address concerns.
- Support the implementation of patient satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with insurance, billing, and front office teams to facilitate a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of patient feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist in organizing health camps, awareness programs, and hospital promotional activities.
- Represent the hospital professionally and uphold its values and reputation at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Relations, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a patient relations/customer service role.
- Hospital experience is preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Customer service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Immediate joining preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
