Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
- Maintain office records, files, and data entry work.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports and MIS.
- Handle office supplies and other administrative tasks.
- Support HR and Accounts-related activities as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
