- Lead the design and implementation of complex software components ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within Salesforce environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including integration patterns and security models.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions using Salesforce tools and technologies.
- Experience with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, efficient software solutions.
