- Assist intensivists, pediatric cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and senior doctors in the day-to-day management of critically ill pediatric cardiac patients in the PCICU.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical observations.
- Monitor vital parameters including ECG, invasive blood pressure, CVP, arterial lines, oxygen saturation, ventilator parameters, urine output, and neurological status.
- Support emergency management during code blue situations, arrhythmias, cardiac arrest, airway emergencies, and post-operative complications.
- Coordinate investigations such as blood tests, ABG analysis, X-rays, echocardiography, ECGs, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Ensure timely implementation of treatment orders, medication administration guidance, and monitoring of drug responses.
- Assist in bedside procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, intubation, chest tube care, pacing wire management, and sterile procedures as directed.
- Participate in daily ICU rounds and communicate important clinical updates to consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain infection control practices, ICU protocols, hand hygiene standards, and patient safety measures at all times.
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts, night duties, weekends, and emergency situations as required in a critical care setup.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
