We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support sales performance through reporting, forecasting, and process optimization. The role involves working with CRM data and supporting leadership in revenue planning.
Responsibilities:
Analyze sales data, pipelines, and performance trends.
Create dashboards, reports, and forecasting models.
Optimize sales processes, workflows, and CRM usage.
Support quota planning, territory mapping, and KPIs.
Partner with sales and marketing leadership on strategic insights.
Skills:
2–4 years in sales analytics or business operations.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and CRM (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot) knowledge.
Analytical thinking and data visualization skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Excel/Analytics preferred.
MBA or advanced business degree is acceptable.
