We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee site activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth project execution across Bangalore locations.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil / Undergraduate in Civil Engineering with min 1 - 3 years of expierence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit project sites and supervise day-to-day site activities
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project teams
- Monitor site execution and ensure work is completed as per quality standards
- Handle quantity surveying and site measurements
- Resolve technical and operational challenges at site
- Ensure timely completion of work and maintain project updates
- Maintain proper communication and reporting with management
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of site execution and supervision
- Basic understanding of quantity surveying
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
- Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
Languages Preferred:
English, Kannada, Hindi
