Job Title: Graphic Designer
We are an educational online teaching academy seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to manage and develop engaging visual content across our website, educational platforms, and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe design tools, and the ability to create visually appealing content that enhances user engagement and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain website graphics, banners, icons, landing page visuals, and UI-related assets.
- Create engaging educational content, infographics, worksheets, presentations, and course-related visual materials.
- Design social media posts, promotional banners, advertisements, posters, brochures, and branding materials.
- Develop creative concepts and marketing materials for online campaigns and student engagement activities.
- Perform basic video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video creation for social media platforms.
- Create illustrations, vector graphics, and custom visual elements as needed.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve productivity, creativity, and content generation.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand compliance across all digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, content, and development teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends, educational content design standards, and emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Figma and other UI/UX design tools.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
- Ability to create high-quality social media creatives, web graphics, marketing materials, and educational content designs.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Grok AI, ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of responsive web design concepts and digital marketing creatives.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience working with educational, e-learning, or digital content platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, social media, and web design projects.
