Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Product Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina.
Our client helps organizations simplify and scale their webinars and event programs with expert services and powerful software. The solutions combine trusted technology with a hands-on event services team that ensures every event runs seamlessly, from planning and production to analytics and virtual audience engagement. Svitla Systems is partnering with the client to provide the product engineering team needed to transition a suite of AI-powered sales and marketing tools from working prototypes into a production-ready SaaS platform. The platform currently includes multiple working AI capabilities but requires architectural consolidation, production hardening, and clear technical direction to support external users, subscription billing, and long-term scalability. The company has independently built a collection of functional AI tools designed to automate workflows such as sales preparation, marketing research, proposal creation, conference planning, and content generation.
These tools were developed using modern AI-assisted development workflows and validated in real environments, including demonstrations at industry conferences. Market feedback confirmed strong demand for these capabilities, particularly among small and mid-sized businesses that lack the resources of large marketing or sales teams. The current platform is built on a modern web stack using React (Vite and Tailwind CSS), an Express.js backend, Supabase as the current data layer, and Azure Static Web Apps with Azure DevOps CI/CD for deployment. Approximately fifteen tools have been designed, with eleven already functioning as working prototypes. While the core functionality exists, the platform currently lacks several foundations required for external customer use.
These include multi-user authentication, tenant isolation, production-grade data persistence, subscription billing, improved routing and navigation, and operational tooling required to support paying customers. The goal of this engagement is to evolve the platform into a stable, revenue-generating SaaS product as quickly as possible. The initial commercial release will focus on a subset of tools, including Sales Enablement, Marketing Enablement, and Conference Enablement, with subscription-based access for small- and mid-sized businesses. The engagement follows an extension model for a product engineering team.
The client acts as the product owner and defines product priorities. Svitla provides a small senior engineering team responsible for architecture guidance and engineering execution. Work is delivered through a Kanban-based development approach, allowing priorities to adapt quickly as the platform evolves.
It is a hands-on engineering role focused on platform readiness and product development, rather than experimental AI research. You'll be responsible for executing the engineering work required to transform a collection of AI tool prototypes into a stable, customer-facing SaaS platform.
The platform already demonstrates strong functional capabilities, but it requires significant production hardening to support real users. It includes implementing secure authentication, tenant separation, reliable data storage, subscription billing, and operational tooling required to support paying customers.
