Nexora Academy is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Placement Coordinators to join our team.
Senior Placement Coordinator
Placement Coordinator with Minimum 2 years of experience in placement, student relations, or a related field is required for the first position
Junior Placement Coordinator
Freshers or candidates with minimum experience are welcome to apply for the second position.
Willingness to undertake field visits is mandatory for the Junior Placement Coordinator role.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's or bachelor's degree (Applicants holding an MSW or MHA degree are encouraged to apply)
Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in placement, training, or career services will be given preference.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Mandatory)
Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and counselling skills
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and documentation)
*Key Responsibilities*
Coordinate student placement activities and employer interactions
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and industry partners
Arrange placement drives, interviews, and career guidance sessions
Track student placement records and maintain documentation
Assist students with interview preparation and career guidance
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure successful placements
