Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to support our team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in business development or marketing within the IT services or consulting domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage long-term relationships with clients to understand their IT needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruitment firms.
- Use job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify relevant requirements.
- Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
- Stay updated on current US IT hiring trends, technologies, and market demands.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Should have own laptop and wifi setup.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: 10k-15k per month.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
